Sunday, June 16, 2019, was one of the great days of celebration in the life of the Men and the entire congregation of RCCG, The Good Shepherd’s Pasture.
The event which was an initiative of The Men’s Fellowship of
The Parish, The David Mighty Men of Valour - DMMV graced the presence of The Managing
Director, Bank of Industry and Assistant Pastor, RCCG, Region 20, Pastor Olukayode
Pitan and Ace Gospel Music Artiste, Frank Edward.
The Guest Speaker, Pastor Kayode Pitan, spoke frankly on
the concept of fatherhood, roles of fatherhood and the damages caused by
fatherhood in the society. He encouraged all men to stand up to their God-given
responsibility for the sake of developing a better, healthy and safer society.
The day was lightened up greatly by the invited guest artiste
Frank Edward #franrichboy, where he performed all his danceable hit tracks.
The event features performances from several natural groups
in the church; the junior church, the teenagers and youth church.
It was a memorable occasion that is likely not to disappear from
parishioners’ heart anytime soon.
